Telecom embarked upon (Project Arrow) development of initiatives in the Data and IP Voice domain. Based on Gen-i WAN Services (GWS), Gen-i Internet Services and Managed Services that sit on top of these solutions for business customers (SME, Corporate and Enterprise) for Gen-i and Telecom Retail.

Jetstar Melbourne Disaster Recovery Project

 

Overall goal was to document the IT Disaster Recovery governance framework, identify the critical business process and the IT services that supported those processes.

Housing New Zealand Corporation – National Contact Centre Technology Refresh

 

The goal of the project was to replace the existing call centre technology with a more up to date and robust technology that enabled the corporation to provide a more customised and improved customer service. This required integration of the new technology into the existing Cisco Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) network and development of a Screen Pop application that integrated into Housing’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Foundation for Research, Science and Technology(FRST)
Project Phoenix
 

FRST embarked upon Project Phoenix – a business change project to provide a new Investment Management System (IMS) and associated business processes. The IMS and new processes better support the FRST to conduct its core business - the management of investment funds on behalf of the Government.
