Telecom embarked upon (Project Arrow) development of initiatives in the Data and IP Voice domain. Based on Gen-i WAN Services (GWS), Gen-i Internet Services and Managed Services that sit on top of these solutions for business customers (SME, Corporate and Enterprise) for Gen-i and Telecom Retail.

Disaster Recovery Project 

Overall goal was to document the IT Disaster Recovery governance framework, identify the critical business process and the IT services that supported those processes.

The goal of the project was to replace the existing call centre technology with a more up to date and robust technology that enabled the corporation to provide a more customised and improved customer service.
